The Documents Menu Overview
Create a customer documents from the AR > Documents menu which range from summaries and statements to customer checks. Learn more about each menu option and the user access required by selecting the menu title.
1099-PATR - This process creates 1099's for all patronage and non-qualified allocated reserve that is paid, not assigned, during the selected year.
Confirmation Letter Export- Used by auditors to generate an export file for use in mail merge programs in preparation of annual confirmation letters.
Customer Checks- Checks can be written to customers for any debit memo on their account.
Customer Labels- Print or export customer labels for a range of Customers, based on Sales or Item Category sales.
Customer Purchase Summary- Customer Purchase Summary statement shows total item sales by the Purchase Summary.
Customer Statements- Manually create and print detailed monthly customer statements for the previous financial period.
Customer Statements Simple- Select Simple Customer Statements to create statements that contain summary information of customer account activity for the period selected.
Fuel Purchase Summary- The Fuel Purchase Summary report lists all fuel sales imported from fuel systems for the dates selected.
JDF Multi-Use Activity Statement- Lists all transactions settled to a JDF credit plan for the period selected.
Prepaid Statements- Create Prepaid Statements to print which creates a statement detailing the current balance of new and existing Prepaids and Prepaid Usage.
Process Customer Documents- Available when Digidocs AR integration is implemented to import image files from the specified directory.
Process DigiDocs Customer Docs- Users can associate documents that have been scanned into Digidocs with customer accounts.
Process DigiDocs Field Docs- Users can associate documents that have been scanned into Digidocs with customer fields.
Process Field Documents- Imports image files from the specified directory which can then be associated with customer fields
